Our Insurance Agent, Ana started working in the corporate insurance agencies back in 2019.

Big brand names with perfect slogans and a great little song you would recognize it, from miles away. There was something missing though.

 

Ana felt the need to go independent in 2022, she was tired of seeing the same story repeat over and over. 

However, before we get to the story as to why Ana became independent. Have you asked yourself what does ACS what does that stand for?

Accessible Customer Service.. while Ana worked at these corporate insurance agencies she remembers an older man, coming in confused and startled because he was just in a vehicle accident the day prior and he had no clue what to do. 

 

Ana at the time was a receptionist at a pretty big insurance firm. 

The person training Ana in Service advised Ana to tell the client " Call this 1-800 number and file your claim.. " she gave him a paper and said goodbye. The man looked hurt, confused and tired.

As he walked outside Ana felt uncomfortable and asked herself " these clients pay good money, these clients have a big insurance agency representing them but he got no help "
